Niro Developments has extensive experience in quoting and building homes. We are upfront and honest with our customers on the actual cost to build. As a small boutique builder our overhead costs are substantially lower than most which is reflected in your total cost of construction. Once we work with you to prepare a quote you can be assured that the quote is accurate and reflects the true costs of building your desired home. Our quote will NOT be a starting cost that will increase substantially after you have signed a contract

Vince has been working in the housing industry for over 30 years. Prior to starting Niro Developments, Vince worked for a prominent Calgary home builder for 7 years working his way up from Site Supervisor to Construction / Operations Manager. Vince holds a diploma in Civil Engineering – Construction Management, in addition to, studying Business Management at Mount Royal
Pat Niro
VP Operations
Pat has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Prior to Niro Developments, Pat was a Project Manager for a large renovation company performing many home renovations in excess of
$1 million dollars. In addition, Pat was a Site Supervisor for a large Calgary home builder, managing the construction of over 100 new homes in Calgary.
